North America:

• United States
• Canada
• Mexico
• Standard delivery: 7-14 business days

Other International Destinations

For countries outside the EU and North America, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly via the carrier's tracking portal.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union: No additional customs fees or import duties apply for EU destinations.

North America: Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees as determined by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Other Countries: International customers outside the EU and North America are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thefootballjerseystore.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@thefootballjerseystore.com if you need to modify your order.
